MODALITÀ DI PARTECIPAZIONE

1. Qualsiasi autore nazionale o internazionale può partecipare con un proprio progetto autoprodotto, anche in forma di Dummy, o già pubblicato da una casa editrice.
2. Partecipare al Premio Fotofabbrica ha un costo di 10 euro per progetto, da pagare con bonifico bancario al seguente IBAN: IT57C0707657670000000320048 intestato a L’Officina dell’Immaginazione oppure tramite versamento con Paypal; come causale inserire “Call Diecixdieci 2022”. Il contributo sosterrà le spese di esposizione dei progetti ricevuti, di segreteria e produzione della mostra. Ogni autore può inviare uno o più progetti.

1. Per la restituzione del proprio progetto editoriale al termine del Festival è richiesto un ulteriore contributo di 10 euro. I progetti non restituiti entreranno a far parte dell’archivio bibliografico del Festival.
2. La partecipazione avviene inviando una copia cartacea del progetto editoriale a:

ed il seguente materiale inviato in un’unica cartella compressa in formato .zip o .rar nominato con il titolo del progetto all’indirizzo segreteria@festivaldiecixdieci.it:

• minimo 10 immagini del progetto e copertina dell’opera editoriale
• un pdf completo di titolo del progetto, nome autore, sinossi del progetto, breve biografia e mail dell’autore
• la ricevuta di pagamento della quota di partecipazione.

1. Saranno accettati al Fotofabbrica Prize solo i progetti editoriali spediti entro il 5 Settembre 2022 (fa fede la data di spedizione). Entro tale data l’autore deve aver provveduto al pagamento della quota di iscrizione, all’invio del materiale digitale e alla spedizione del materiale cartaceo.
2. La partecipazione alla “Call for PHOTOBOOKS” sottintende che l’autore/i sia in possesso dell’autorizzazione all’utilizzo delle immagini da parte dei soggetti eventualmente raffigurati; utilizzo di cui si assume egli stesso, per intero, la responsabilità esonerando da ogni responsabilità gli organizzatori del Festival Diecixdieci.
3. I diritti delle opere rimarranno di proprietà dell’autore.
4. La partecipazione alla “Call for Photobooks” autorizza automaticamente il Collettivo Diecixdieci a poter utilizzare le singole immagini o gli interi progetti per le attività di promozione del Festival accettando automaticamente che i lavori selezionati vengano riprodotti e pubblicati nel materiale pubblicitario del Festival e in altre possibili pubblicazioni, sul sito web del Festival e in altri canali di comunicazione (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) con riferimento esplicito al nome dell’autore e del progetto fotografico. 
5. I progetti saranno valutati da una giuria di qualità costituita da JACK LATHAM (Artista visuale e filmaker),  FIORENZA PINNA (curatrice e book-designer), MASSIMO SORDI E STEFANIA ROSSL (curatori e direttori artistici OMNE), GIULIA ZORZI (MICAMERA)
6. Sarà selezionato, ad insindacabile e inappellabile giudizio della giuria, uno dei progetti che sarà stampato a cura di Fotofabbrica di Massimiliano Carraglia, sponsor tecnico del Festival Diecixdieci, allestito ed esposto durante il Festival 2023.
7. I’Autore selezionato si impegna a consegnare entro il 30/07/2023 le immagini necessarie  in alta risoluzione per la realizzazione della mostra. 
8. Il fotografo selezionato si impegna a donare una foto tra quelle stampate per la costituzione del fondo fotografico del Festival e potrà richiedere le altre stampe del proprio lavoro che verranno spedite dopo la chiusura della manifestazione. 
9. Tra i progetti editoriali ricevuti verrà selezionata una shortlist che sarà resa nota sul nostro sito e i nostri account social e verrà esposta durante il del Festival 2022. 
10. Privacy – I dati raccolti saranno trattati in ottemperanza agli adempimenti richiesti dagli art. 13 e 14 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 per la protezione dei dati personali e possono essere visionati, modificati, aggiornati o cancellati in qualsiasi momento. Il titolare del trattamento dei dati è l’associazione culturale “L’Officina dell’Immaginazione” nella persona del Presidente. Ciascun candidato autorizza espressamente a trattare i dati personali e sensibili ai fini dell’inserimento in banche dati gestite dalla Segreteria organizzativa del Festival Diecixdieci. I dati personali non verranno diffusi ad enti terzi e in paesi extra-UE e saranno utilizzati ai fini della “Call for PHOTOBOOKS”, per l ́eventuale pubblicazione delle opere, anche non vincitrici, e per le comunicazioni di futuri bandi o informative legate alle attività del Festival per un periodo non superiore ai 10 anni. 
11. La partecipazione alla “Call for PHOTOBOOKS” implica la piena e tacita accettazione di tutte le norme contenute nel presente regolamento.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Any national or international author can participate with their own self-produced project, in dummy version, or already published by a publishing house.
2. Participation to the Fotofabbrica Prize requires a €10 fee, to be paid by bank transfer or by PayPal. Use to the following account number for the bank transfer – IBAN: IT57C0707657670000000320048. The beneficiary must be “L’Officina dell’Immaginazione” and the payment description “Call Diecixdieci 2022”. This fee will contribute to the expenses of the exhibition of the received projects, and for the organization and production of the exhibition itself. Each author can submit one or more projects.

1. For the return of the editorial project at the end of the Festival an additional contribution of €10 euro is required. Non-returned projects will become part of the Festival’s bibliographic archive.
2. To participate, the authors must send a hard copy of the editorial project to:

The following materials must be collected in a single compressed folder in .zip or .rar format, named with the title of the project and sent to segreteria@festivaldiecixdieci.it: 

• at least 10 images of the project and the cover of the editorial work
• a PDF file with the title of the project, author name, synopsis of the project, short biography and the author’s email
• the payment receipt of the participation fee.

1. Only the editorial projects sent by September 5, 2022 (date of postmark) will be accepted for the Fotofabbrica Prize. By that date, the author must have paid the registration fee, sent the digital material and the book.
2. Participation to the “Call for PHOTOBOOKS” implies that the author(s) should be in possession of the authorization of the subject in the images, taking on all the responsibilities of use of said images and exempting from any responsibilities the organizers of the Festival Diecixdieci.
3. The copyright of the works will remain property of the author.
4. Participation to the “Call for Photobooks” automatically authorizes the Diecixdieci Collective to use individual images or the entire project for the Festival’s promotional activities, automatically accepting that the selected works will be printed and published in the Festival’s advertising material and in other possible publications, on the Festival’s website and on other communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) with explicit reference to the author’s name and photographic project.
5. The projects will be judged by a quality jury composed by JACK LATHAM (Visual artist and filmmaker), FIORENZA PINNA (curator and book-designer), MASSIMO SORDI AND STEFANIA ROSSL (OMNE curators and artistic directors), GIULIA ZORZI (MICAMERA).
6. The photographic project selected at the discretion of the jury will be printed by Fotofabbrica of Massimiliano Carraglia, which is the technical sponsor of the Diecixdieci Festival, and will be exhibited during the Festival 2023. The choice of the jury is unquestionable and unappealable.
7. The selected author has to deliver high resolution images required for the exhibition by July 30, 2023.
8. The selected photographer must donate one of the printed photos for the Festival photographic fund and can request back the other prints of his/her work that will be sent after the event ends.
9. We will also select a shortlist among the submitted projects. This shortlist will be announced on our website and on our social accounts and will be exhibited during the 2022 Festival.
10. Privacy – The data collected will be processed in compliance with the obligations required by art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 for the protection of personal data and can be viewed, modified, updated or deleted at any time. The data controller is the cultural association “L’Officina dell’Immaginazione” in the person of the President. Each candidate expressly authorizes the processing of personal and sensitive data for the purpose of inclusion in databases managed by the Diecixdieci Festival Organization office. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties and in non-EU countries and will be used for the purposes of the “Call for PHOTOBOOKS”, for the possible publication of works, even not winning ones, and for the communication of future calls or information related to the activities of the Festival for a period not exceeding 10 years. 
11. Participation to the “Call for PHOTOBOOKS” implies full and tacit acceptance of all the rules contained in this regulation.
